Okay, it’s time for a change of scenery….It is technically fall but the leaves haven't changed much locally. So, since the Lord allowed me to take two trips to Colorado this year to go four wheeling we will start showing some of the pictures from a trip this summer. In this photo we have started our trip at Idaho Springs, Colorado where we see a picture of the old fire department. The brick building in the left background is the grade school I attended and to the immediate left (barely in the picture) is the high school I attended. I can remember in high school when the fire siren sounded...our teacher would jump out the first floor window (about 30 feet from the fire station) to get to the station as he was a volunteer firefighter...they have since built a new fire station... :0)
