Some views from Rainbow Point - Our brochure says that 1.7 million people visit Bryce Canyon each year (considerably less the South Rim of the Grand Canyon!). Our first stop was Sunset Point, then on to Inspiration Point, Bryce Point, Paria View, Natural Bridge, Ponderosa Canyon, and Rainbow Point (the end of the road which is 17 miles from the park entrance at an elevation 9,115 feet and a temperature of about 75 degrees). From Rainbow Point you can see 90 plus miles into New Mexico. On the way back we stopped at Black Birch Canyon, Agua Canyon, and Swamp Canyon.
