NOTE: Chilion took Orpah as his wife. Orpah means “deer or fawn”. It could indicate that she was the athletic type. Mahlon married Ruth. The name Ruth has many meanings. Several are beauty, personality, and friend. So we can probably assume she was very pretty, intelligent and loyal.
